| 摘 要： | 50多年来,中国乒乓球经历了由弱到强、长盛不衰的发展历程,不同历史阶段形成了不同的乒乓球制胜的技术风格.梳理中国乒乓球制胜技术风格的演变,可概括为:60年代-快、准、狠、变;70-80年代-快、准、狠、变、转;90年代-特长突出、技术全面、没有明显漏洞;新世纪-技术精炼、全面、没有盲区以及凶、拼、抢、搏.并阐述了新规则背景下乒乓球基础训练对策.

| Abstract: | For 50 years,China has grown to a power in table tennis.In different period,table tennis has different technique styles.The styles can be summarized into:quickness,accuracy,firmness,variety in 1960s;quickness,accuracy,firmness,variety,rotation from 1970s to 1980s;outstanding strong points,all-round techniques without obvious careless obstacles in the 1990s;proficient all round techniques.This paper discusses the countermeasures to the training facing the new rules. |
