| 摘 要： | 以户外体验式培训和高校体育课之间的关系为研究对象,大胆提出"将户外体验式培训引入到高校体育课"的假设.经过大量的研究、调查、分析和论证,最后得出结论,户外体验式培训引入到高校体育课是可能的、必要的、可行的,并且建立了一套适合高校体育教学的户外体验式培训课课程体系.
