| 摘 要： | 明确了双语教学的重要;从教学模式,师资、学生、教材与课程体系,课堂教学,教学管理以及激励机制等方面系统地分析了影响高校双语教学质量的主要因素;提出了采用双语过渡式教学模式的多样化,培养师资、因材施教、选好教材、完善课程体系,重视课堂教学,加强教学质量监控体系建设,建立健全激励机制等措施,推进双语教学改革,提高双语教学质量,培养高素质人才.
