| 摘 要： | 通过多视角及大量的分析、比较、研究，认为献资源的多样性与经济体制的变革使得献资源建设指导思想中应当明确强化经济意识，这既是应对挑战的主动行为，也是与时俱进打破献资源建设僵局的新思路，并且就此提出一些对策意见。
