| 摘 要： | 面对当前市场竞争日益激烈的国际环境,认清自身和竞争对手的竞争战略对每个移动通信企业都显得尤为重要和紧迫.专利情报为技术创新研究提供了一个客观、理性和深入分析的途径.本文运用该方法构建起专利活动强度和专利质量相关的指标体系,并在此基础上通过矩阵分析对相关企业的技术创新战略予以剖析.本研究旨在认清我国移动通信产业的技术创新格局,进而明确国内企业的战略定位.研究指出,对于国内企业而言,主要的竞争威胁来自美国企业,其次才是欧洲和韩国企业.这不仅取决于企业的专利地位,也取决于企业专利战略运用的能力.
