| 摘 要： | 经过多年的运行以其网络化的高效快捷、经济的方式，伴随科学基金各个阶段发展在基金管理中发挥的重要作用，成为一种新型的组织模式。通过总结分析地区联络网组织形式的发展历程，从正式和非正式制度的角度探讨联络网这一特殊的组织形式。
