| 摘 要： | 本文利用运动生理学、运动生物力学原理，结合体育动作特点从肌肉的不同收缩形式一离心收缩、等长收缩和向心收缩的固有特性出发，对爆发力定义和测量方法进行研究分析，发现该定义与爆发力性质存在着实质上的差别，从而提出新的爆发力的定义与测量方法，旨在纠正人们的不准确认识与做法，以提高我们的教学训练效果。

| Abstract: | By the use of kinematic physiolgy and kinematic biomechanics and by the analysis of the characteristics of physical movements, this paper mskes a new study of the defination and measurement of explosive force from the aspects of centrifugal, equidistant and centripetal constractions, The study reveals an essential distinction between the old dlefination of explosive force and its nature. Furthermore, it puts forward a new defination and measurement to correct some wrong ideas and doings to improcve the effect of teaching and training. |
