| 摘 要： | 中部区域的小城镇布局,已成为该区域城市化进程中的关键。以南襄区域为例研究小城镇布局,在中部区域具有典型意义。南襄区域小城镇布局存在着中部区域小城镇布局的所有缺陷,克服这一缺陷,必须因地制宜,根据不同地带的不同特点,寻找不同特色的小城镇建设途径;必须突破行政区划局限,加强镇与镇之间的横向联系和通力合作,以发展的眼光规划小城镇产业布局;必须寻找集约使用和利用土地,把有限的土地存量盘活的规律;必须高标准规划、高水平管理,在条件具备的情况下,整合相邻的城镇以集聚人气、财气,达到推进城市化进程之目的。

| Abstract: | The structure of small towns of the middle of our country has been the key to the city progress of this region.It is a model that taking Nanyang and Xiangfan district as an example to discuss the structure of small towns in the middle region.There are all kinds of defects in the structure of small towns in Nanyang and Xiangfan region.To overcome these defects,we must suit measures to local condi-tions,and search different ways of different peculiarity small towns building accroding to the different pe-culiarity of different district;we must break the limitation of administrative area,strengthen the crosswise raletation and concerted effort between town and town,and plan the industry stucture of small towns with developing vision;we must search a way using the land in tensively,and the law to make the limited land far better;we must plan with high standard,manage with high level,and integrate the sevral nearby towns'people and wealth under the suitable condition,in order to improve the city progress. |
