| 摘 要： | 软式排球运动是一项新兴的体育项目,近年来,在我国得到了迅速发展。它球体柔软、重量轻、气压小、活动形式多样、易操作,适合不同阶层的人参与,尤其适合在女生中开展。文章在认真分析了高校女生现状的基础上,提出软式排球在高校女生中开展的重要性和推广的建议。

| Abstract: | Soft volleyball is a kind of new sport and recently has a fast development in China. It is light,soft,lower inner air pressure and easy to play,fits to different people,especially for female people. The study on the basis of fully analyzing girls in colleges studies the importance and feasibility of developing soft volleyball games in colleges and the relevant suggestions. |
