| 摘 要： | 中国自1994年开始实行足球职业联赛以来,其球员转会制度经历了自由转会、挂牌摘牌转会等许多变革,2005年又实行了新的转会规则,但仍未能有效遏止球员转会中的成功率低、球员利益没有保障等不合理现象,本文从转会制度、球员主体、联赛机制等方面着手进行分析研究,以期转会制度更加合理、规范.

| Abstract: | chinese transfer systerm has went through many replacings such as free transfe, player-selecting since the year 1994 when professional soccer league began. A new teansfer systerm was created in 2005 , but not yet can which prevent the low succeeded-transfer probability or the unfair situation where the players' benefits can not be protected. The paper makes a study into the transfer systerm, the player itself, the league match mechanism and so on. The purpose aims to make the transfer systerm more reasonable and predorriptive. |
