| 摘 要： | 大学生职业价值观结构的理论探讨,是有效开展就业指导工作的关键,尤其有助于深入剖析、解决当前大学生择业中表现出的诸多不良心态。借鉴国外早期研究范式保持理论延续性的思路,从大学生择业过程出发,剖析、构建了职业价值观结构的三个基本层面:目的、手段和规则,并据此编制了关于大学生职业价值观结构的调查问卷。京内七所高校调查数据的结构方程模型分析结果显示,构想的基本层面关系均达到高拟合度,其在反应因素间故有联系、揭示当今普遍择业取向的基础上,还从中介变量检测的定量分析中,证实了物质福利保障因素的基础地位和终极性价值观对工具性的主导作用。
