| 摘 要： | 江泽民同志提出的"三个代表"重要思想,是党的思想政治建设的灵魂,是给人民群众的庄严承诺.按"三个代表"思想的要求,党在思想政治建设上还存不少差距.按"三个代表"思想要求加强党的思想政治建设,宣传教育必须务求实效,坚持不懈地用"三个代表"占领思想高地;职能部门务必负起责任,坚持守土有责,改进作风,做到言行一致;"三个代表"要求务必落实到基层党组织;以党章治党和以德治党、依法治党务必紧密结合.

| Abstract: | The important thoughts of "Three Represents", aduanced by Comrade Jiang Zeming,is the spirit of our party' s political thoughts construction and thd solemn promise to the people. According to what "three Reprsents"thoughts ask,there are still some differences in our party's political thoughts construction. According to what "Three Repesents" thoughts ask', strengthening the party's political thoughts construction and propaganda education shoule be really effective, and we should make unremitting efforts in capturing thoughts highlands by the use of "three Represents",The function departments shoule be responsible , Keeping duty - bound to defend the post, improving the party style and trying to be as good as one's word; We shoule carry out "Three Represents"to the base Party Organizations; Administering the party by party constitution, administering the party by virtue and adiministering party work by law should be closely intergrated. |
