| Abstract: | After the traditional information assessment systems were summarized, the necessity to assess the mechanisms underlying regional scientific literature resources sharing platform was analyzed and discussed, and some ideas to construct its assessment system were proposed from its integrity and scientific aspects, hoping to pro-vide reference for its construction and development. |
