| 摘 要： | 医学学科馆员制度是基于信息时代知识管理和医院学科建设的需要而提出的，是目前最贴近医院学科建设的一种创新型服务模式。尽管我国医院图书馆的发展面临诸多难点和困境，但为临床服务、为学科建设服务是医院图书馆永恒的主题，因此实施学科馆员制度十分必要。

| Abstract: | Medical subject librarian system, which was put forward based on knowledge management and subject construction in hospitals, is an innovative service model closely related with the subject construction in hos- pitals. It is absolutely necessary to implement the subject librarian system in hospital libraries because the develop- ment of hospital libraries in China is faced with many difficulties and serving the clinicians and subject construction in hospitals is an everlasting subject of them. |
