| Abstract: | Ideas on the construction of hospital library against the background of hospital knowledge management were discussed, and certain measures were proposed for hospital knowledge management, such as wining over the support from hospital administrators, undermining and organizing medical knowledge, creating good cultural at- mosphere, and establishing stable incentive mechanism. |
