| 摘 要： | 运用数据统计方法和环境行为学理论的相关研究方法，对读者在图书馆公共阅览空间的阅读行为进行了分析，对各阅览室的使用和服务进行了评估，并就改善阅览的环境、完善图书馆的服务模式和服务内容提出了建议。
