| Abstract: | The necessity and feasibility were analyzed for medical college and university libraries to provide remote information service for the grass-root hospitals in the western region of China. The authors pointed out that college and university libraries should transform their management system, build standard remote information service platform, and replenish digital information resources in order to realize the development of libraries themselves and health undertakings in the western region of China. |
