| Abstract: | After the role of blog in theory study and professional work research of librarians was studied, the author considered that introduction of blog into professional training of librarians and assessment of their professional level can improve their self-examination ability and is advantageous to the improvement of their professional level by compromising and transforming knowledge among them. |
