| 摘 要： | 分析了学科化服务的背景及特点，针对学科化服务的现状与问题，提出了图书馆应主动适应高校的学科建设与发展，组建一支学科馆员队伍，并建立快速信息推送服务机制。

| Abstract: | The background and characteristics of subject service were analyzed, and certain measures for improving subject service were proposed according to its current state and problems, including active adaption to the subject construction and development in colleges and universities ,raising a rank of subject librarians,and establishing the mechanisms of rapid information-pushing service. |
