| 摘 要： | 开窗髓核摘除术，是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的常用方法，通过对２３６例患者的护理观察，提出术前的心理护理、术后的注意事项以及术后保持脊柱稳定性的方法，是取得满意的重要途径。

| Abstract: | The operation of excising medullary nucles by means of make-window is frequently used to care protrusionof the intervertebral disc. According to nursing observation on 236 patients, ideas of psychological nursing before operation, matters needing adention and measures for holding spine in place after operation are now proposed for satisfied curative effects . |
