| 摘 要： | 在加快建设世界一流大学和一流学科的背景下,中国高校不断增强对具有海外留学背景的人才的引进力度,青年海归教师在高校教师队伍中占比逐年增大,促进了高等教育国际化和现代化水平的提升。但是高校青年海归教师的成长发展目前也存在一些问题,不利于他们在工作中充分发挥所长。文章结合对南京地区部分“双一流”建设高校青年海归教师的调研访谈,对他们所处的内外环境进行分析,总结高校青年海归教师在思想、生活、文化、学术等方面面临的困境,从个人、高校、国家三个层面剖析原因,探寻应对策略。

| Abstract: | Under the background of accelerating the construction of world-class universities and disciplines,Chinese universities continue to increase the introduction of outstanding talents with overseas study backgrounds.The proportion of young returnee faculty in universities has expanded year by year,helping to promote the international vision and modernization of higher education.However,there are some problems in the growth and development of young returnee faculty at the universities,which are not conducive to giving full play to their strengths in their work.This paper combines researches and interviews with young returnee teachers in some“double first-class”construction universities in Nanjing to analyze their internal and external environments.Then it summarizes the dilemmas faced by young returnee faculty in terms of thought,life,culture,and academics,and analyzes the reasons from the three levels of individual,university and country to explore coping strategies. |
