| 摘 要： | 高职高专校本培训要立足学校与岗位实际，注重培训价值与培训效率提升；根据学校教学改革实际、不同类型教师特点以及不同专业特色设计校本培训目标、选择培训内容与培训形式并不断创新；加强高职高专校本培训，要“以教师为本”，分解教师专业发展目标，营造激励氛围，实现工作学习化与学习工作化，着力解决培训中的难点问题，促进培训策略的不断创新。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational training should be based on school and job practice,with emphasis on training value and training efficency.According to the school teaching reform practice,different types of teachers’ characteristics and different features of the specialty,school-based training target should be designed,training contents and training form should be selected and innovated.To strengthen higher vocational training,teacher-oriented principle should be adhered to,analysing teachers’professional development target,creating a stimulating atmosphere,realising the concept of learning as working and working as learning,exerting oneself to solve difficult problems to promote innovation of training strategy. |
