| 摘 要： | 在国际贸易领导，反倾销是以世界贸易组织（WTO）为代表的多边贸易体制认定和许可的贸易保护措施，是国际通行的保护国内产业的手段，已构成各国贸易政策的重要组成部分。但由于被频繁地采用，反倾销政策和规则严重阻碍一国的出口业务的持续增长，成为当今国际贸易中摩擦和冲突的一个热点。

| Abstract: | In the domain of international trade, the anti-dumping is a common used protection measure for trade, which is approved by the muitilateral trade system whose representative is WTO.The anti-dumping is used to protect the domestic industry and is an important part of the trade policy in the word. But the anti-dumping policy and regulations will hinder the continued development of the export business when they are used frequently,so it becomes a point at issue and brings a lot of friction in international trade nowadays. |
