| 摘 要： | 某电厂600MW超临界参数锅炉投运后存在屏式过热器温度偏差,在不同的磨煤机组运行状态下有不同的偏差.本文通过从一次风速与各粉管煤粉量分布方面的试验分析其温度偏差的原因,并采取相应措施,改善蒸汽温度偏差.

| Abstract: | The different temperature deviations on a boiler platen superheater exist in different grinding coal units operating on a 600MW supercritical boiler in a power plant after 168hours commissioning. This paper from the primary air velocity and the mass distribution of the pulverized powder in different powder tube ,and analysis of the causes of temperature deviation, and take the appropriate measures, improve the steam temperature deviation. |
