| 摘 要： | 退役运动员的安置工作政策性强，工作量大，与运动队的建设和运动员的利益密切相关。本介绍了十几年来山东省退役运动员安置工作的基本情况，有关的问题原因及对运动队带来的影响，并对今后退役运动员的安置工作提出了设想和建议。

| Abstract: | The policy of arrangement for ex-service sportsmen is strong and the work load is large, and also is closely related to the construction of the sports team and sportsmen' s interests. This text has introduced the basic situation of the arranging wouk for ex-service sportsmen of Shandong for over ten years and problem concerned, reason and influence to sports teams. It. has put forward some ideas and suggestions for the arrangement of ex-service sportsmen in the future. |
