| 摘 要： | 高等教育成本分担与补偿政策的实施引起了社会各界的广泛关注。较为系统地分析了高等教育成本分担与补偿的理论基础及其对教育公平的影响，在此基础上对我国“主辅结合型”高等教育成本分担与补偿体制的基本框架作了初步探讨。
