| 摘 要： | 洛克政治哲学中有关从自然状态到公民社会的政治构想,建立在其自然法理论的基础上。在《政府论》下篇中,洛克通过对传统自然法理论形式上的回归,论证了自由主义宪政的基本原则,对近现代西方政治生活产生了决定性的影响。而洛克自然法理论的矛盾则是他企图在传统与现代之间妥协与折衷的结果。

| Abstract: | In Locke's political philosophy, the political conception "from natural state to civil society" is set up on his natural law theory. In Volume II, Theory of Government, Locke demonstrates the basic principles of liberalism-government, based on the formal regression of traditional natural law theory, producing decisive effects on the political life of the present and contemporary Western countries. However, the contradiction in Locke's natural law theory is produced by his attempt at achieving a compromise between traditional theory and modern one. |
