| Abstract: | In this article,the author thinks t hat social responsibility is the com mon purpose from the contrast between the nature of economic law and business managem ent philosophy.At the end of the article,he clarifies his v iew that the law,especially the econ omic law should be improved in the economic practice during the p eriod of business management.And bu siness management should be standardized and be ruled b y law. |
