| Abstract: | As a neonatal international currency,the legal system of Eurodollar has both a strong transnational character and the features of internationl law which will not only accelerate the development of global economy integration and the International Financial Law and strengthen their interaction,but also offer beneficial uses for reference to international financial organizations in setting up legal system ,supervision mechanism and early-warning mechanism ,etc. |
