| 摘 要： | 摔跤技术是中华武术＂摔技＂最高水平的聚合体,然而,由于二者因摔法规则的变更而产生了表象背离,使得更多的运动员和教练员只重其然而不去追究其所以然。文章结合比赛和教学的实践经验,从理论与实践两个方面进行分析后,指出我国武术散打运动员在比赛中运用摔法技术单一的缺憾,并说明合理运用摔法的重要性,以明确我国武术散打项目发展方向,继续保持领先优势,实现可持续、健康发展。
