| 摘 要： | 本文在对知识网络现有研究进行分析的基础上提出构建以企业内各个成员为节点、知识在节点间流动的企业内部知识网络.分析了企业内部知识网络的体系结构,在此基础上阐述了企业内部知识网络中知识流动的基本过程和一般模式.

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the existing research on knowledge network,this paper constructs a knowledge network in the enterprise,in which each member of the enterprise is regarded as a node and knowledge flows among nodes.A framework of the knowledge network within the enterprise is proposed.The basic process and general mode of knowledge flow in the knowledge network of the enterprise is discussed. |
