| Abstract: | It is necessary to strengthen Ideological and Political Education(IPE) in institutions of higher learning in the resent China either out of spiritual construction or out of realistic need.However,IPE also faces some problems,and the top priority is to strengthen the IPE teaching staff construction in order to tackle these problems. |
