| 摘 要： | 当前，对学科馆员制度的认识还存在一些分歧，有进一步研究和探讨的必要。文章对现有几种“学科馆员制度”定义进行了简要的分析，对学科馆员制度的真正涵义和具体内容进行了阐述，并论述了学科馆员制度与学科馆员工作之间的关系。
