| 摘 要： | 传统的观念把教育划归为教师的神圣职业,认为教育就是教师的责任,就是学校的活动。制造工厂成了学校的代名词,教师职业化忽视了学生的能动性,造成了普遍存在的对教育概念的误解,人为地把人生分为两半,前半生用于受教育,后半生用于工作,这是毫无科学根据的。教育应当是每一个人从生到死永不休止的事情,教育应当在每个人需要的时候以最好的方式得到必需的知识和技能。教育的目的在于人,显然教育中的主角是学生。如何通过教育得到发展,关键是看作为主角的学生的意识和行为。简言之,教育实为一种自我教育。

| Abstract: | Traditional view takes education as a holy occupation of teachers and considers the education as a duty of the teachers,which are the activities of schools.Manufacture factory become a synonym for schools.The occupation of the teachers ignores students' activity and makes a misunderstanding of the education,which divides life into two parts,i.e.the former part of it is to be educated while the later part of it is to work.It is no scientific basis at all.The education should be a matter of an individual from birth to death.The education should be received in the best way when a person needs knowledge and skills.The purpose of the education lies in the person who is a leading role in the education.How to develop oneself through the education lies in the consciousness and behavior of the students.In short,the education is a kind of self education. |
