| 摘 要： | 实验室是高等学校的一个重要组成部分,实验室建设与管理的水平反映着一个高校的教学、科研和管理水平.在充分研究新建地方性本科院校实验室建设与管理现状的基础上,结合系统科学与工程思想,提出了解决新建地方性本科院校实验室建设中存在的问题的对策,以求实现建设和管理上的突破.
