| 摘 要： | 文章从远程教育的特点入手，对现代图书馆充分发挥远程教育功能所存在的问题进行了分析，同时提出了图书馆实现远程教育必须营建远程教育的资源环境、提高为远程教育服务承载的能力、为远程教育提供文献信息保障体系、加快数字图书馆建设等发展思路。
