单轴压缩载荷下骨支架的降解模型研究

摘    要:目的:通过单轴压缩载荷下骨支架的降解模型的建立和有限元分析,得到降解过程中支架应力,应变的变化情况。方法:用有限元接口子程序定义变化的材料特性来模拟支架结构的实时性变化,并利用有限元软件对该模型进行仿真计算。结论:建立了单轴压缩载荷下骨支架的降解模型,并得到支架降解过程中应力、应变的变化情况,并为以后骨支架的设计、制造提供相关的依据。

Abstract:Objectives: Through the degradation of bone scaffold model under uniaxial compression load and finite element analysis,obtain the change of stress and strain during the degradation.Methods: Defined changes material properties by the subroutine to simulate the real-time changes in the structure and use of FEM software simulation calculation the model.Conclusion: Established the model of bone scaffold degradation under uniaxial compression loading and obtain the change of stress and strain.The achieved results can provide a foundation for the further scaffold design and manufacture.
