摘    要:短链脱氢酶是一类依赖NAD(P)H的氧化还原酶,具有相似的序列模型和催化机制,在一系列氧化还原反应机制中发挥重要作用。来自超嗜热菌中的短链脱氢酶表现出高稳定性,具有广泛的应用价值。本文概括了超嗜热菌短链脱氢酶的来源,pH、温度、金属离子影响和有机溶剂耐受性等酶学性质,概述了嗜热醇脱氢酶在工业特别是制药业中的作用。

Abstract:The short-chain dehydrogenases/reductases(SDRs) constitute a large family of NAD(P)(H)-dependent oxidoreductases,sharing sequence motifs and displaying similar mechanisms.SDR enzymes have critical roles in a series of redox mechanisms.The members of SDRs family from hyperthermophiles showing high activity and stability have extensive application value.This paper presents the properties of SDRs from hyperthermophiles,such as the sequence features,the effect of pH,temperature,metal ions and the tolerance of organic solvents.The role of SDRs in the industry,particularly in the pharmaceutical industry were also summarized.
