| 摘 要： | 列举高校图书馆及其所在高校层面对高校图书馆大学生志愿者的激励措施,在此基础上从政策协调性、志愿者角色定位、激励形式的独特性和全面性及与大学生心理特质的切合度5个角度分析高校图书馆大学生志愿者激励存在的问题,最后提出相应对策:推动激励政策的协调规范、大胆尝试因人设岗与推进激励机制的科学化。

| Abstract: | Incentive measures of university library and university have been enumerated, this paper analyzes the problems from five aspects of policy coordination, volunteers, role, distinctiveness and comprehensive in forms, coincidence university students' psychological traits. It puts forward the countermeasures which include promoting incentive policies coordination, making a courageous attempt at setting position by employee,and building up the scientification of incentive mechanism. |
