| 摘 要： | 当代社会各领域进行的选秀运动，已波及大学，严重冲击了我国高等教育的价值取向、教育目标和评价体系，破坏了大学的学术氛围。我们需要重塑大学精神。重塑大学精神要坚持理念先行，坚持共性与个性的统一，处理好服务社会与守护大学品格之间的关系，处理好继承与创新的关系，同时还需要进行制度创新。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, show selection is being held in every department of our society, and it has spread over to the university. It seriously surges against the value orientation, the education goal and the evaluation system of the higher education, and the academic atmosphere of the university has also been damaged. It is necessary for us to reconstruct the university spirit right now. In order to do this, we should insist conception in advance, tackle with common character and individuality, balance the relationship between the inheritance and innovation, and enforce the construction of institution. |
