| Abstract: | On basis of analyzing the re-employment training theory about returned farmers, the paper proposes viewpoints from several aspects such as the multi-dimensional understanding of training background, the learning characteristics of trainees, the main parts of the investment and implementation, the financing channels, the training levels and contents, the training methods and etc. |
