| 摘 要： | 党的十八大提出了“完善终身教育体系，建设学习型社会”的明确目标，实施全民终身教育是建设学习型社会的根本途径。为此，在体育领域只有积极推进全民终身体育学习，才能将党中央精神落到实处。可以采取的措施主要有确立全民终身体育学习体系的基本思路，规范全民终身体育学习测评活动，构建“全民终身学习体育测评制度”。

| Abstract: | The 18th NPC has proposed the goal of improving lifelong education system and constructing the learning society. The public lifelong education is the basic way to construct a learning society. Therefore, the sport field should implement the public lifelong sport education. The paper proposes to establish the basic concept of the public lifelong sport education system, standardize the test of the public lifelong sport education system and establish the test system of the public lifelong sport education. |
