| 摘 要： | 邓小平灵活运用了均衡与非均衡辩证法,把非均衡发展作为区域经济的发展战略提出来,创造性地解决了我国经济发展中的先富、共富关系难题,强调实现共同富裕是非均衡发展战略的目标导向。“两个大局”的重要思想是邓小平区域经济非均衡发展战略的核心。目前我国实施的西部大开发战略,是振兴西部经济并最终实现全国经济共同发展的大战略。

| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping flexibly applies the dialectics of balance and non - balance, puts forward the re-gional economy developing strategy, creatively solves the difficult problem of being rich first and being rich together occurred in the economic development, emphasizes that the orientation of non - balance developing strategy is realizing the ideal of being rich together. The thought of "Two Important Matters" is the center of Deng' s theory of regional economic non- balance developing strategy. Now the strategy of developing the West focuses on the boom of the western economy and at last leads to the development together. |
