| 摘 要： | 群众路线是中国共产党的根本工作路线。党的一切工作都必须坚持群众路线。1948年7月至9月，中共中央工委在西柏坡召开的全国土地会议是党的群众路线实践的典型案例，对当前全党正在进行的群众路线教育实践活动的开展有一定的借鉴价值。

| Abstract: | The mass line is the essential job course of the CPC and all other jobs should center on and adhere to it. From July to September in 1948, the CPC held the national land conference in Xibaipo, which constituted a typical example of practicing the CPC＇s mass line. The study of this history is going to lend reference value for the current practice of mass line. |
