碳酸钡粒子的形貌控制研究

摘    要:以BaCl2·2H2O和N%CO3为原料,采用共沉淀法制备了碳酸钡粒子.通过添加不同的晶型控制剂.选择不同的用量,分别制备出了竹叶状、米粒状、球状、哑铃状、絮状、条状、棒状的碳酸钡粒子,利用X射线衍射(XRD)和电子显微镜(SEM)对粉体进行分析与表征,结果表明:添加10%的EDTA可得到粒度较均匀,分散性较好的球状碳酸钡粒子;添加50%的EDTA可得到粒度均匀,分散性好的哑铃状碳酸钡粒子,且均为正交相的碳酸钡晶体.

Abstract:Barium carbonate particles were prepared by co -precipitation method with BaCl2 · 2H2O and Na2CO3 as raw materials. The different shape barium carbonate panicles including bamboo leaves- like, rice - like, sphere, dumbbell- like, cotton- like, bar- like and rodlike could be synthesized by adding different and right amount controlling agents. The barium carbonate particles were analyzed and characterized by XRD and SEM. The sphere barium carbonate particles could be synthesized by adding 10% of EDTA, and had good disper- sity. The dumbbell - like barium carbonate panicles with uniform particle size could be synthesized by adding 50% of EDTA. All products belong to orthorhombie crystals.
