地方高校课堂教学中“五多五少”问题的浅析及解决对策

摘    要:因为地方高校教师对办学理念的错误认识,对课堂教学的主要任务缺乏必要的理解和受客观因素的影响等因素,导致在课堂教学中出现"教师照本宣科的多,学生参与的少、重理论知识传授的多,实践操作的少、讲课使用PPT的多,使用黑板上课的少、大班上课的多,小班教学的少、对学生听之任之的多,管教管导的少"等问题。为了提高课堂教学质量必须树立"以学生为本"的教学理念,加大经费投入,改善办学条件,提高教师课堂教学艺术水平,加强课堂教学的实践环节,重视能力的培养和合理使用PPT进行教学。

Abstract:Due to a wrong education concept and misunderstanding of the main goal of classroom teaching on the part of the local university teachers and other impersonal factors,there exist a number of problems in classroom teaching,including the simple repetition of items from the book against lack of students’ participation,overemphasis on theoretical knowledge against lack of practice,overuse of PPT against rare use of blackboards,overuse of large class teaching against rare use of small class teaching,and loose supervision against strict supervision.With a view to improving the quality of classroom teaching,a series of measures should be taken,including adopting the students-centered education concept,increasing spending on education,improving school-running conditions and teachers’ teaching skills,emphasizing students’ practice in class and competence development,and using PPT properly.
