| 摘 要： | 本文分析了对外决策中理性决策模式的特点和缺陷，指出该模式在“利益最大化”原则和“国家单一行为体”假设两方面的不足。在此基础上，文章用“满意理论”、“渐进理论”以及组织过程模式、官僚政治模式对其进行了修正。
