| 摘 要： | 教育改革的进一步深化和新一轮基础教育课程改革的全面推进,给我国高等院校师范专业人才培养提出了新的要求.改革师范院校人才培养模式,积极适应基础教育课程改革和发展的需要,成为人们关注的热点问题.本文拟从历史和现实的角度,反现我国师范院校人才培养的形成、发展和现状,发现和探究其存在的主要问题,借鉴发达国家高等院校师范专业人才培养方面的有益经验,探索我国高等院校师范专业人才培养的新模式.

| Abstract: | With the further development of educational reform and the current basic curriculum reform, new demands on training qualified normal graduates from higher school are put forward. People put their emphasis on the reform of training qualified graduates in order to keep up with the new demands. In this essay, the forming, development and current situation of training qualified graduates in our country will be reflected, the main problems are to be discovered and discussed in detail. Through borrowing the foreign helpful experience, new mould of training qualified normal graduates from higher school will also be explored. |
