| 摘 要： | 文章通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法,对上海市部分高校擒拿与格斗课程的开展情况进行调查,分析学生选课的动机,课的指导思想、课的目标、教学内容、评价体系等几个方面,了解上海市高校擒拿与格斗课程的开展现状及存在的问题,各擒拿格斗类课程在高校中均有开展,但开展程度有所区别。学生选课的热情高昂、动机明显,但由于硬件设施落后、师资力量不足等问题使其开展受到限制。
