| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料、逻辑分析、综述等研究方法，从峨嵋武术的历史渊源、技术和发展特点入手，分析和论述峨嵋武术适于女子的修习要素，探讨峨嵋武术“女子武文化”创新发展的可行性和实施方案，通过开发峨嵋武术的独特发展之道，掀起峨嵋武术女子“武术热”，创建中国传统武术发展的新增长点，推动中国传统武术文化的普及与推广。
